Layla’s fitness journey began in 2018, with what started as a simple step into the gym quickly becoming a passion. Through training, she discovered not just physical strength, but mental resilience and confidence.
Now, as a coach, Layla is passionate about helping people step outside their comfort zones, build strength from the inside out, and realize their full potential. She believes growth is built through challenge, and that your limits are often far beyond where you think they are.
