FAQ'S

Do I have to be fit to join AF? Not at all. There is no pre-requisite level of fitness to attend our classes, we can (and do) tailor to all ability levels. With fitness assessments built into our programming, we’ll be able to have your ability level pretty early on.

JOINING FAQ'S

What shall I bring? Yourself in comfortable gym clothing and trainers, a smile, an open mind and a positive attitude!

I have an ongoing injury, can I join? We can usually tailor any workout around injuries and niggles. Please let the Coach know if you are unable to perform any of the movements and we will find you an alternative.

MEMBERSHIPS & BOOKING

What memberships do you offer? Initially, you’ll join us in our renowned 6 Week Transformation course, then after have the option to stay on as a monthly member.

Do you have Open Gym? Yes we do! With the purchase of a monthly membership you will get access to Open Gym.

FACILITY

Do you have shower and toilet facilities?? Yes. We have a full bathroom for changing and showering.

Can I bring kids? Yes! Whilst your training they can sit in our chill area - all we ask is they are your responsibility throughout!
