REFUND & CANCELLATION

Refund Policy:
1. Membership fees are non-refundable once they have been paid.
2. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical reasons or relocation to a different country, subject to management approval.
3. Refunds for personal training sessions or classes may be available if cancelled within a certain timeframe, please check membership agreement for further details.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Members must give written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before their next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
2. Early termination of a contract may result in a cancellation fee, please check membership agreement for further details.
3. Members may be required to complete any outstanding payments for services or memberships already received before their cancellation is processed.
