OWNER / FITNESS PROFESSIONAL

Abbey grew up with an active lifestyle and was involved in a lot of sport activities. However, as she got older and had her first child she struggled with her body weight and image, causing her to have a very low self-esteem over the years. One day Abbey decided to focus more on her health and build her confidence up, which overtime transpired into a great love for fitness. Abbey's goal is to help others form lifelong healthy habits and reach their full potential, being that voice that says “I can do one more”. She believes that building a strong foundation of proper technique, followed by consistency and progression, will allow you to achieve any fitness goal you set your mind to.

COACH QUAN

OWNER / FITNESS PROFESSIONAL 

Dequan has been an athlete since he was 5 years old, meaning fitness has become an integral part of his life, all thanks to the motivation from his family and coaches.

Dequan has struggled with his own weight and has spent over a decade experimenting on himself with different workout programs and nutrition concepts. Having gone through these experiences Dequan knew he wanted to help other people developed healthy habits, while avoiding the mistakes he made. Dequan believes there's nothing more rewarding than seeing people achieve such incredible transformations, not only to their bodies but also to all areas of their lives.

COACH MARZETA

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Like many of us, Marzeta spends most of the day working at a computer and so yoga is a great way to de-stress, stretch, and flex her body. She loves to challenge herself and her students to stretch towards the edges, mindfully reach beyond comfort zones, and flex muscles of resilience … on the yoga mat and in life. Incorporating a regular yoga practice helps to set the tone for a vibrant life in a healthy, agile body. Marzeta is a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher who studied in Rishikesh, India. She is a lifelong learner, food and travel lover, risk taker, and lives her life like she’s playing carnival mas - and actually loves to jump in carnivals at home and around the Caribbean! Marzeta invites you to join her for feel-good movement of the body and refreshing relaxation of the mind.

COACH COREY

FITNESS PROFESSIONAL

Corey grew up playing football most of his life maintaining an active lifestyle. He then transitioned into the fitness industry when he was introduced to Crossfit. It is through Crossfit that Corey developed a passion for coaching and helping others to achieve their desired goals. During the 5+ years of being involved in the Crossfit community Corey not only coached but also competed at a number of local and international competitions. Corey's approach with clients is to create a balanced plan to maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

FITNESS PROFESSIONAL

Jordan has transitioned through various sports throughout his active lifestyle. Through his passion and love of sports he saw a connection between fitness and improving his abilities both on/off the field or court. He enjoys discovering and experimenting with new methods and techniques that help intensify workouts by challenging both the mind and body. Through fitness he hopes to encourage others to push themselves beyond what they think they are capable of and gain confidence while still striving to do better or improve.

COACH LAURA

FITNESS PROFESSIONAL

Laura was one of the busy mothers who struggled to make time for themselves.  Starting with relatively little fitness, three small children and many sleepless nights, she decided to start making time for her own health and fitness.  Through consistency, just showing up and doing the work, no matter what else was going on, Laura realized that working out was more than just that, it was: a path to future wellness for herself and her family, being a good role model for her children and making friends that will last a lifetime.  Laura truly believes that anyone can get started with fitness at any point in life, and has a passion for helping parents and those who don’t know where to start.
